Injunction Suit

 

INTRODUCTION : The necessity for filing an injunction suit arises when the possession of a property is threatened by the other side. A temporary injunction can be given by the court restraining the other side from doing certain things like not to interfere etc. The main relief of permanent injunction shall be granted after the trial is over and after hearing both side arguments.

when the right to sue first accrues (As per sec Article 58 of Indian Limitation Act To get a restraining order on the other side restraining him/her/them from doing a thing, like selling the property etc . . .

d) Copy of legal notice sent, if any
e) Postal receipts & acknowledgements, if any

g) Encumbrance Certificate

1 to 2 days, provided all the necessary documents are submitted

As per Court Fee Act
